My journey into real estate wasn't typical. It started in the design studios of the University of Georgia's College of Environment and Design. Studying Landscape Architecture taught me to see land not just for what it is, but for what it could be. While others saw raw dirt or an aging structure, I saw zoning potential, site lines, drainage solutions, and hidden equity. This technical foundation gave me a unique lens—one that has helped my clients unlock millions in value over the last 23 years.

After graduating, I didn't just want to design properties; I wanted to help families build their futures on them.
